In the Supreme Court this morning Charles Martin Todd and Cecil Lawrence Gilbertson pleaded guilty to joint charges of stealing £4 8s Dd while employed as servants of the Southland County Council, and to forging four paysheets. The prisoners, who previously pleaded not guilty, were remanded in custody for sentence until to-morrow.
