* THOUSANDS OF ATHLETES MARCH THROIU.H ROME (Received October 28, 5.5 p.m.) ROME, October 28. Fifteen thousand sportsmen and athletes, from golfers to polo players, paraded through Rome to mar!; the twelfth Fascist anniversary. Signor Mussolini declared that th.:inarch past gave a profound impression of the new Italy. Athletes and sportsmen,-he said, had a duty abovj all others to show tenacity and chivalry. Another celebration took the form of a prize-giving for the 70 best farmers from 70 provinces, each representing a family which had cultivated the same holding for at least a century. The ancestors of one prize-winner had tilled the same area for 1000 years.
