ITALIAN ENTRY IN AIR RACE
* AIR FORCE MEN REDUCE CIVILIANS (Received August 29, 12.40 a.m.) ROME, August 28. Two Air Force officers, Major Attilio Biseo and Captain Osvaldo Baldi, will replace Signors Passaleva and Vacula as pilots of the Savoia Marchetti entry in the Melbourne air race. Major Biseo participated in tho north and south Atlantic'air armadas under Marshal Italo Balbo, and won the Bieso Cup in 1933.
