KCGBY LEAGUE (srjßCUi TO THE PRIBR 1 REEFTON, August 10. At the weekly meeting of the In-j angahua Rugby League Sub-Centre, Mr C. Coxall presided. Correspondence was received from the Otago Centre regretting that it could not oiler sufficient financial support for a visit of the Inangahua team to Dunedin. The Canterbury Centre wrote confirming August 19 as the date for the return match with Inangahua at Reefton. A letter was received from the West Coast Centre stating that the i Richmond Rovers (Auckland) League team was contemplating a tour of the' West Coast, and asked what guaran- j tee could be offered for a match at I Reefton. It was decided to give a i guarantee of expenses of 60 per cent, i of the gate takings, with a minimum | of expenses. It also notified that S. Carter had been reinstated to the code. Permission was granted to the Waratah third grade team to travel to Greymouth on August 18, to play Whiteombe and Tombs as a curtain raiser to the Northern Union Cup match. The selectors were instructed to pick 17 players for the Canterbury match. The senior match was not played last Sunday, and was awarded to Reefton.
