PLUNKET DISPUTE
MESSAGE FROM LONDON IPRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.I WELLINGTON, February 10. The resignation of Miss Pattnck, director of Plunket nursing, was the subject of a cablegram from the Motliercraft Training Society, of London which was read at a meeting of the Wellington branch of the Plunket Society yesterday afternoon. The cablegram read as follows. - "Amazed to hear of the resignation ol Miss Pattrick in view of her mestim able value to the work at Home and abroad. Most sincerely hope that resignation will be withdrawn.--Reg.n-ald Jewsbury, Mabel Liddiard, and Agatha Havard." The delegates appointed by the Wellington branch to attend the conference of the society in Dunedm on February 20 number 13. They arc being given an absolutely free nana to vote as they think fit, according to evidence produced at the conference.
