FUNERAL

Mil YV. A. BRISCOE The iuncral of Mr William Arthur Briscoe, chairman of directors of Briscoe and Company, Ltd., took place at the Bromley Cemetery yesterday morning, and was attended by members of the firm, business associates and friends. Mr Briscoe died in Christchurch last Saturday at the age of 74 while making a tour of the branches of his firm in New Zealand. The Rev. J. T. vicar of St. John's, Latimer square, conducted the service at. the graveside. Among those present were:—Messrs A. G.
