UNLAWFULLY MAKING LIQUOR

CHARGES AT INVERCARGILL (ritESS ASSOCIATION TZLEURAJI.) INVF.RCARGILL, February 7. As a sequel to the recent police raid in the Dunsdale district, William ander Mcßae and his son, William Robertson Mcßae, were each charged to-day with being concevned in unlawfully making spirits. Mcßae, senior, was further charged with being a person on whose place a still suitable for distilling was found. The accused pleaded not guilty to all the charges, and the case was adjourned until Friday, February 16. Bail was allowed to each accused in their own recognisance of £3OO, with two sureties each of 12150 and one surety of £3OO.
