HEAVY PUNISHMENT FOR DOCTOR
DROVE MOTOR-CAR "WITHOUT LICENSE LONDON. December 7. Dr. John Rex Godsall, of Sydney, who complained of the adverse effect Police Court publicity would have on his career, was fined £BS, j ordered to pay £.21 costs, and was sentenced to two months' imprisonment, He was also disqualified from ! holding a license for two years. He I faced the ■ court on six charges of driving while disqualified from holding a license, and two charges of dangerous driving. Dr. Godsall had previously been fined and had his license suspended for driving without insurance. The evidence stated that he upset a woman wheeling a perambulator and drove into a constable who endeavoured to stop him.
