MILITARY "AT HOME"
The ninth, tenth, and sixteenth bat-1 teries New Zealand Artillery and thej first battalion of the Canterbury Regi- ; ment will hold an "at home" on the Show Grounds, Addington, on Saturday next. Beginning at 2.30 p.m. there will be a series of military competitions and; demonstrations by Vickers and Lewis gun sections. In the event of unfavourable weather the "at home" will be j held in the King Edward Barracks. A church parade will be held in I Hagley Park on Sunday, at 3 p.m. ;
