MASTER BUTCHERS
CONFERENCE IN WELLINGTON (PRESS ASSOCIATION TSLEGHAit.) WELLINGTON, October 17. Although there have been active associations of the master butchers in various districts of the Dominion for a considerable time, it was not till this morning that a Dominion conference was held. Delegates from both the North and South Islands were present. Mr W. Tunley presided. A welcome was extended to the delegates by the Mavor (Mr T. C. A Hi<=iop>, and in replying, Mr Tunley said it was hoped that the deliberations would be fruitful in the interests of trade generally, employers and employees and would result in a higher standard of service to the public
