The Sydney 'Sun'" correspondentis informed that a French official is to soil for Tahiti to arrange io place a Government armed schooner at the disposal of a Melbourne resident, Mr V. W. Wood, who plans to search for treasure at Meheteia Island, an extinct volcano in the Society Group. Oilier members of the expedition will leave England in a fortnight.
