Two men were critically injured and are expected to die, and five were reported missing to-night after a fire that started with an explosion in a motor-launch. This set fire to two piers and foiu' lighters at the Standard Oil Company's Lower Hook plant, and barely missed setting fire to three tankers and cargo steamers.
