3FFORTS TO FIND SOLUTION OP PROBLEM (Received October 15, 9.20 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October 14. The war debt negotiations between jreat Britain and America to-day reached the stage of discussion of methods to solve the intricate problem. In a session lasting two hours, many avenues of approach were scrutinised, officials said, but everything was very tentative. The British delegates, it was added, had not yet made a formal proposal for settlement. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday.
