MR FRANK MILNER
GREAT RECEPTION AT NEW PLYMOUTH (MESS ASSOCIATION TETJEGHJIIt.) NEW PLYMOUTH, October 4. Mr Frank Milner received an ovation when he spoke in an overcrowded theatre to-night, while hundreds in the street listened to amplifiers. He spoke on international subjects, and experiences on his recent American tour. In the afternoon he was entertained at a garden party at the residence of Mr T. C. List, district governor of Rotary. He will leave for Palmerston North to-morrow.
