Full co-operation with the United States in preserving world peace was a vital feature of the foreign policy of the British Commonwealth, said Lord Cecil at the British Commonwealth Relations Conference to-day. After a debate the conference agreed to Loid Cecil's summing-up to their joint foreign policy attitude as follows: World peace is of vital interest, and should be the main objective of the Commonwealth. '"To attain this objective." he said, "there must be: co-operation from the British Dominions in helping to remove causes of international L'rijtion. The Commonwealth has accepted this plank, and it must support whole-heartedly the collective system for the preservation of peace as expressed by the League ot Nations, the Permanent Court of International Justice, and the Kel-logg-Briancl Pact."
