DEATH OF DOCTOR
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELBOIIASI.) BLENHEIM, September 8. At an inquest into the deam of Edward William Smyth, medical practitioner, of Seddon, who was found hanging in a washhouse yesterday, evidence was given that he had been very despondent since taking up practice in Seddon five months ago. A verdict of suicide while in a state of acute depression was returned.
