SYDNEY, July 23. The coroner found that Herberl Perkins murdered his wife and twe children and then committed suicide while temporarily insane. TPerkins, a letter-carrier at Enfield killed his wife, daughter aged 12, anc baby on July 2 with a trenching tool A small boy was sent to hospital. H( was said to be worrying over a de partmental enquiry.]
