♦- ACTION AGAINST ART UNION AVINNKK. i.iTIC.-.-. A.-r-oriAl lON TKL.r.GKAAI.I NAPIER, July 28. A settlement was announced by counsel this niornric when an action for maintenance by Sarah Mary Ann Hart against Frederick John Hart, the winner of the "Luck at Last" art union, was called. Counsel stated that Hart had agreed to pay £2 a week maintenance for his wife and £SO past maintenance, also to deposit £2OO security with the Public Trustee. An action brought by the secretary of the Children's Home was also called. Counsel stated that Hart had agreed to pay the sum of £196 G's owing in respect of three children.
