RICCARTON METHODIST CHURCHES. The vocal, instrumental, and elocutionary competitions organised by the Methodist churches in the Riccarton circuit for their members were commenced in the Riccarton Methodist schoolroom in Clarence road last night, and will be continued for the next three nights. The judges were: Vocal and instrumental* Mr A. Schnack; elocution, Mr L. N. Fleming. Following were the results of the items held last night:— .
