AUSTRALIAN'S PILOT'S BAD LUCK.

RANGOON, July 10. Mr J. Woods left Victoria Point to-day for Rangoon, but was again forced to return with a damaged propeller. Because of the heavy seasonal rain his movements are now uncertain, and he may possibly return to Australia, as he is unable to break the record for the flight to England.
