JAPANS TRADE POLICY.

AUSTRALIAN COMPLAINTS. NEGOTIATIONS FOR AGREEMENT LIKELY. (UXITED CTESS ASaOCIATIO::—BT ELECTBIC TELEGRAPH— COPYRIGHT.) (Received July 11, 10.15 p.m.) CANBERRA, July 11.
