KIDNAPPING OF JOHN FACTOR.
ALLEGATION OK HOAX. ! (Received July 9, 8.20 p.m.) J CHICAGO, July 8. The British Consul has served a complaint upon the Federal authorities charging that the kidnapping of John Factor was a hoax, and that he has fled to Mexico to avoid extradition. [A recent message stated that John Factor, wanted in England on charges of fraud, had been kidnapped.].
