DESIGNS CONSIDERED. The War Memorial Committee jnet on Thursday and considered designs submitted to conform with the requirements of the Cathedral Chapter. No finality was reached, but it snav confidently be stated that there is flood reason to think that a design .which wiU meet with approval will be evolved. ______
