United Stales Government today undertook sin investigation into Mr "William C. Bullitt's activities in foreign capitals, which have been alleged in some quarters to relate to war debt settlements. Prominent Democrats have denied reports that Mr Bullitt was representing Mr l'\ D. Eoosevelt (Presidentelect).
