DAVIS CUP DRAW. A BYE FOR AUSTRALIA. (Received February 3, 7 p.m.) PARIS, February 2. Australia has a bye in the bottom half of the, draw for the European Zone in the Davie Cup matches. Norway has a bye in the second round. Other prominent entries in the bottom half are South Africa, Germany, and Japan. In the top ha,lf prominent entries are Great Britain and Italy.
