RECAPTURED PRISONER BEFORE COURT. If RESS ASSOCIATION TtLEGIAM ) WAXGANUL January 12. Charles Bennett, a recaptured prisoner, pleaded guilty this morning to two charges of breaking and entering and theft, three charges of theft, and two of wilful damage. On the first two charges he was committed to the Auckland Supreme Court for sentence, and on the other charges was eonvielpd and 1 discharged.
