PLANS FOR AN INDEPENDENT CURRENCY. (DKITED passs ASSOCIATION -BT ELSCTSIO TJILFQUAPH —COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, December 13. The "Daily Mirror" reports that the Irish Free State is planning an independent currencv with an Irish dollar unit. Six million pounds is being withdrawn from the Bank of England.
