GERMANY TO RETURN TO THE DISCUSSIONS. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —ST ELSCTBIC TI^ISaBAPH—COPTBIGHT.) (Beceived December 14th, 11.45 p.m.) GENEVA, December 14. Mr Arthur Henderson, at a meeting of the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference, reported Germany's agreement to return to the discussions on January 31st neyt. Mr sTorman Davis, departing for Paris, said that the five-Power talk had prepared the way for real progress. He sails for New York on Thursday.
