Totals at the end of the second day's play were: Australia and New Zealand 5243, England 4834. During the afternoon session Walter Lindrum, playing against J. Davie, scored 1009, while the latter scored 315. Tom Newman, playing against Clark McConachy, scored 812, white the New Zealander scored 410. At the evening session Lindra® scared 692 and Davis 534. McCoaaeby scored 726 (including a break of 422 in finished) and Newman 400.
