The Minister for Finance has announced that Sir Otto Niemeyei", a member of the Kiiiauei.il Committee or the League of Nations, hns contracted to advise the Argentine on economics and finance. Sir Otto will come to Buenos Aires to study financial and economic conditions and to make suggestions regarding Government measures, especially those connected with exchange, banking control, and currency. Sir Otto Xiemeyer's engagement follows the resignation of five members of the Domestic Honorary Advisory Board, whose advice the Minister for Finance rejected. They advised a moratorium for foreign and internal debt, and the issue of additional paper currency.
