SPANISH REVOLT.

After an all-day debate the Cortes, by 262 vofos to 14, passed the Land Confiscation Bill, which deprives rebels in the recent revolt of their property. The Premier, Don Manuel Aaana y Diaz, declared that the Republic was at stake. "It must either disarm its enemies," ho Fstid, "or its cuciuic3 would destroy the Republic.'*
