CANTERBURY REPERTORY SOCIETY.
"IPHIGENIA IN TAURIS." Since its first production some four years ago the Canterbury Repertory Society has given a great variety of drama to its patrons. However, on Tuesday nest It is going stilt further afield, and is producing a translation of a Greek play first performed over two thousand years ago. This is a play entitled "Iphigenia in Tauris," by Euripides, and translated by Professor Gilbert Murray. The play is a romantic one, moving. from an atmosphere of tragedy through trials and perils to a happy end. "Jphigenia" will be the third intermediate play for the year, and season tickets for the third group will be available; It will be produced twice on Tuesday next only, a matinee performance more especially for students being given in the afternoon. The box plan is now open at The Bristol.
