LEAK AT ARAPUNI.

Efforts to locate the leak w the Arapuni headrace are still uMUCoessfol, and tlie construction of a coffer dam to facilitate remedial measures to the damaged tiled bath is proceeding. About 120 men, working in three shifts, are busily engaged. In the meantime, boring is proceeding in an effort to locate the underground stream, the cause of the undermining of portion of the tiled lining in the headrace. The hard rook vox is being encountered in the boring is adding to the difficulty of tfiwe measures. Until the underground stream is tapped, permanent repairs to the lining cannot be undertaken.
