THEFT OF CLUB FUNDS.

The theft of £23 9s 4d, the property of a Wellington relief workers' football club, was admitted in the Magistrate's Court to-day by George Edgar Dudley Robertson, aged 61, a bookkeeper, who also pleaded guilty to obtaining board and lodging to the value of £4 10s at Hastings in by falsely representing that he was a Government apple-grader. He was remanded till to-morrow for sentence.
