CYCLONIC STORM.
BURMESE TOWN DESTROYED. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—B7 v BtSCTSIO TKLEQBAFH—COPTBIOHT.) CALCUTTA, August 7. A cyclone partly destroyed the town of Letpadan, 80 wiles from Rangoon, wrecking communications over a large area, floods are also causing heavy damage.
