CONCERT AT JELLICOE HALL.
A concert in- aid of the funds of the Returned Soldiers' Association was held at the .Tellicoe Hall last evening. The programme included songs by leading Cliristchurch singers, and a one-act play. There -was a fair atttendance. The performers were: —Mr H. Fmdlay, "Tlie Song of the Bow" (Aylward), and "The Wraith" (Schubert); Master G. Hartley, "Good Morning. Brother Sunshine" (Lehmantt), "Songs My Mother Taught Me" (Dvorak), and "Sing, Joyous Bird" (Phillips); Mrs J. Tennent, "The Broken Spirit" (Verdi), and "The Lata Player" (Allitaen); Miss L. Hanham, "In Autumn" (Franz) and "Blue Danube" (StraussElkin); Mrs 0. 11. Da vies, "The Arrow and the Song" (Balfe) and "Mark Yonder Tomb," and "The - Praise of God" (Beethoven).
