SPECTATORS' RISKS. LONDON, Juno 21. According to a judgment delivered by Lord Justices Scrutton, Greer, and Slesser, in tho Court of Appeal, spectators watch races, cricket, and other sports at their own risk. Tho Court allowed tho appeal of tho Brooklands Auto Club against a jury's verdict in Mr Justice McCardio's Court in favour of Lieutenant Hall, who was injured when two ears collided at Brooklands on May 9th, 1930.
