KAPONGA'S POSITION UNCHANGED.
TENDERS FOR PURCHASE TO BE CALLED. (snciu. to SS> FUSS.) GREYMOUTH, June 3 The K&ponga lies in an unchanged position on the apron of the North tip-head at the entrance to the Grey bar.- Hie calm seaof the past few days has not done any apparent damage to the ship. Lloyd's agent in Greymooth has received instructions by cablegram to call for tenders for the ship aa she lies. Hie Greymouth Harbour Board's executive met yesterday morning, when it was decided that the assistant harbour engineer, Mr D. C. Milne, accompany Captain Cox and Captain Venn (signal officer) to the Marine enquiry at Wellington.
