TWO CHINESE FINED. tPBESS ASSOCIATION TXLXOBAM.) AUCKLAND, June 2. Two Chinese arrested in last night's raid in Grey avenue were before the Court this morning. Ah Sip, aged forty-five, was fined £IOO, in default three months' imprisonment. Ho was aiso sentenced to threo months' imprisonment for being unlawfully found on premises used for the smoking of opium. The sentences will be concurrent. Fong Ark was fined £SO, in default three months' imprisonment, for being unlawfully on premises used for the smoking of opium.
