Mr Norman ("Wizard") Smith, who recently attempted to break the laud speed record at Ninety-Mile Beach, has issued a writ, claiming £20,000 for alleged libel by "Smith's Weekly." The cause of the action is not stated, but the current issue of the newspaper concerned, attacks "Wizard" Smith.
