ORDERS FOR POSSESSION; The Public Trustee "was granted an order against David Jamison, of Dromore, farmer, for the possession of a parcel of land of 630 acres 1 rood, 4 perches, near Dromore. Leo Joseph Callnn, aged 18, a labourer, charged that on May 17th he stole a Stevens .22 rifle, valued at £2, the property of Maurice "Wilkinson, was remanded on the application of the police until Tuesday. TRADE-MARK CASE." - Harold Ernest Fenton, a dairyman, was charged on a private information that on March 14th he sold milk in a bottle with a false trade description embossed, with a similar offence on April 19th, upd with using a registered trade-mark, ''Devondale," intending to mislead as to real or iictual manufacture. Charles' Edward Sisson, charged with hein:; found drunk while in charge of a motor-car, was lined £2O, in default two months' imprisonment. His license was cancelled, and he was prohibited from obtaining another until June Ist', 1933. TRAFFIC CASES. J. J*. Cracroft Wilson, H. Anstic'e, T. Armstrong, and 11. G. Chamberlain, on charges of driving motor-cars at excessive speed within the borough, were each fined £2 and costs 15s, and on similar charges 'R. F. Powell and J\ Callahan were each fined £1 and costs 15s. I'or driving a motor-cycle without holding: a driver's license Colin Tisch was convicted and ordered to pay costs, l.'s. OPEN ON SUNDAY. F. G. Taylor and E. B. Scott, for keeping open a shop for the purpose of selling goods on a Sunday, were convicted and discharged. CIVIL CASES.
