Sydney Hampton Martin, for permitting two passengers to ride on the running-board of his motor-car, ivas fined 10s and costs. William Keith Mulholland, a passenger, was similarly fined. For cycling at night without lights the following were fined: —William Bowden, 10s and costs; James Frederick.Andrews, 5s and costs; Jeffrey Donald, 5s and costs; Samuel Blackley Forscutt, 5s nnd costs; James Francey, 10s and costs; Edison Rufus Hardacre, 10s and costs; Stuart Hill, 5s and costs; James Ernest Kennedy, 5s without costs; Alan lo Mesurier, 5s and costs; Harold Wilkinson, 10s and costs; Clarence Harold Bull, convicted and discharged. Carrying a passenger on the runi'ing-board of his car cost William Arthur 5s and costs, and the passenger, Herbert Henry Stovens, was fined 5s without costs. Ernest Barnes was fined 10s and eostb for cycling without a light, and for lacking a bell ho was fined 5s without costs.
