GAMING ACT INFRINGED. (r«M» ASSOCIATION TJClESBlll) WELLINGTON, March 17. On a charge of being in possession of opium pipes, Wing Fun was fined £25 and costs, and for keeping a common gaming-house £l2O and costs. Default was fixed at three months' imprisonment, Ah Sue was fined £2O and costs, in default three months' imprisonment, for keeping a common gaming-house. The premises in both eases were used for selling pakapoo tickets. Ernest Cook was fined £2 for being found in a common gaming-house.
