APPLICATION OPPOSED. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELBaBAU.) (WELLINGTON, December 8. An action asking for probate in Solemn form of the will and two codicils of Joshua Viles, a wealthy Wairarapft farmer, who died in February, Was commenced in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Ostler. Plaintiffs are Samuel Gundy, stock buyer, aftd Quenfcin Donald, farmer, both of ifeatlierston, as trustees of testator's estate, and defendants are the two sons of testator, Albert Victor Viles, farmer, of Greytown, and Stanley Steadman Vilea, clerk, of Napier. Testator, who lived at lfentherston, left an estate rotiglily of £25,000. Probate is opposed by the two sons oh the ground that when the second codicil is purported to have been executed testator lacked testamentary capacity.
