LICENSING COMMITTEE.
RICCARTON. The llicoarton Licensing Committee met at the Paparua County Council's offices, Sockburn, yesterday, Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., presiding. Others present were Messrs J. G. Graliam, A. F. Fisher, J, Leslie, and W. F. Parkinson. . "An application bv Robert Henry Davis for a renewal of the license of the Rolleston Hotel was granted. The application- was adjourned from the June meeting, as the new building, in place of the old one destroyed by fire, had not then been completed. The committee inspector! the building and decided on certain work which the police required to be done in-the matter of fire escapes, also certain requirements for the Health Department.
