Frederick George Falconer, aged. 41 years, charged' with indecently assaulting a male, was remanded to .appear, on January 27th. • LICENSE CANCELLED. Reginald Gebbie, a farmer, aged 54 years, was charged with having been • intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in Hereford street on January 21st, 1931. Mr W. J. Annie Elizabeth Knipe, for using obscene langnage, was fined £2 and costs, in default 14 days' imprisonment. She was allowed one week' to pay. BREACHES OF' ARMS ACT. Charles Bernard O'L'eary, upon two charges concerning breaches of the Arms Act and Regulations, was - fined 5s without costs on one of them and convicted bnd discharged upon tho of her. LICENSEE CONVICTED. Mortimer P. Corliss (Mr W. J. Hunter) was charged that, being l the-licensee of the Now Brighton Hotel, he supplied liquor to Clarence Seaton Thomas, a person under 21 years of age, and with selling liquor after hours on December 20th, 1930. Ho pleaded not guilty. On the first charge he was fined £3 and costs, and for selling after hours £5 and costs. ON LICENSED PREMISES.'
