SAVING OF £11,000,000. (BRITISH OJFICIAI. WIRELESS.S (Received November 19th, 10 p.m.) RUGBY, November 18. Proposals for n reduction in the wages of the railway shops and stores staffs were submitted yesterday by the managers to tho unions.
