LABOUR SITUATION IN SPAIN.
MANY ARRESTS MADE. (UNITED I'RESfI ASSOCIATION —BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT.) (Received November ISth, 10 p.m.) MADRID, November IS. The Labour situation at Barcelona has grown worse. Fifty arrests were made at the headquarters of oniLabour Union, which was closed down by order of the Governor. Altogether, 100 arrests have been made, of whom at least 80 have 'oeen detained. There were many disturbances during the evening, when four persons were seriously injured. No newspapers are appearing, end the cafes are closed.
