It must bo an uncommon occurrence for a man to be sentenced to a torni of imprisonment to the strains of the "Wedding March," says the "Nelson Mail," but that is what happened on Saturday, when a young man was being charged with false pretences. The sounds of the will-known tune reached the courthouse from a gramophone in the registrar's office, where a wedding was being celebrated.
