CHORAL CONCERT.
ROYAL CHRISTCHURCH MUSICAL SOCIETY. Considerable attention is being aroused . amongst the musical publl? of the City ' in the third subscription concert of the Society on Wednesday next,. November 19th, the Urst -part of the programme consisting of Mr. Arthur Lilly's composition, Life, tne words of which are from Wordsworth s ode* - The second .part of the programme which, by the way, will no't he broadcasted, will con* sist of Mascagni's "Cavalleria Rusticana, ■which is always a favourite. The solos in this will be taken by Mrs Cara . Tait, soprano, an always welcome singer. Miss .Merle Miller, mezzo-soprano, well known 'in Christcliurch, Mr Ernest Rogers, tenor, and Mr Russell J. Laurenson, baritone, who Will al£o sing "'the baritone solos in "Life." ' '' .. The full chorus and orchestra, under the conductorship of Mr W. H. Dixon, L.K.A.M., A.R.C.M., will "take part in the concert. The box plan is now open at The Bristol Piano Company.
